1. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or request a refund, please contact our support team at support@aceshirt.store. Include the following information in your message:

  • The reason for the return or refund
  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will review your request, guide you through the process, and provide a prepaid return shipping label if necessary.

2. Eligible Return & Refund Scenarios

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following circumstances:

a. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

b. Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once confirmed, we will ship the correct item or issue a full refund.

c. Order Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us.
If the shipment is confirmed lost, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.

d. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Be requested for return within 30 days of delivery

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
